02
Table reservations
The “Book a Table” links take you to OpenTable. Your reservation is subject to the availability, booking information and any cancellation or payment conditions presented during that booking process.
Please check your confirmation carefully. If you need to change a reservation or discuss a requirement, use the details in your confirmation or contact the restaurant.
03
Private hire & group enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking, reserve a date or commit you to an event. The team will discuss availability, menus, guest numbers and arrangements with you.
Any event price, deposit, cancellation arrangements and other booking conditions will be agreed with you separately before your event booking is confirmed. Please refer to the written arrangements for your particular occasion.
05
Gift vouchers
Gift voucher purchases are completed through Square. Check the amount, recipient details and the purchase and redemption terms shown at checkout before paying.
If you have a question about using a voucher at The Melusine, contact the restaurant. The website enquiry form is not a payment facility.
