Founders Theodore Kyriakou and Wade Mundford have created a neighbourhood seafood restaurant, we created The Melusine based on the closeness to the community. We strive to strip back the complexity of everyday life, as we aim to ensure the combination of fish, space & people to remain our focus.
The space and location cried for seafood, it cried for freshness. We believe we have brought that to St Katharine Docks. The aim is to bring a fresh approach to the quality of ingredients bought in, from the drinks to the British seafood. Through The Melusine we created a space based on an intimate experience, a connection from restaurant, chef and customer alike.
